This ceramic village house is from the Lefton Colonial Village collection and was made in 1993. This piece is the Springfield House and is 8.5" tall, 7" wide, and 5.5" deep. It is a light blue colored house with white shutters and a white front porch. The bottom of the house is marked SPRINGFIELD / 1993 / GEO Z. LEFTON / 00989 on the bottom and has an original Lefton label. There is no box and no light for this piece.

The house is in nice condition but does have a few small nicks along the roof line and chimney of the house - these are shown in detail in the last 3 photos.
