This ceramic village house is from the Lefton Colonial Village collection and was made in 1992. This piece is the Antiques and Curiosities Shop, and is 9" tall, 6" wide, and 5" deep. It is a red brick building with a gray roof. The bottom of the house is marked 1992 / GEO LEFTON / 00723 on the bottom and has an original Lefton label. There is no box and no light for this piece.

The house is in nice condition, however there a couple of small nicks on the building - these are shown in detail in the last 4 photos. They are not chipped or indented, but the paint is flaked off. Great addition to your Colonial Village!
