This cool glass apothecary jar is by Anchor Hocking and is clear glass with a square base. The jar is 4.5" square, and 5" tall (7" tall with the lid.) The opening at the top is 3.75" in diameter. The front if the jar has a old fashioned label that reads: FRESH COLUMBIAN COFFEE / THE MORNING BEVERAGE / 1984 SJL PRODUCTS INC. The bottom of the canister is marked: USA and has the Anchor Hocking logo. The wooden lid has a knob on the top and a plastic seal on the insside - the lid rests on the top but it is not an airtight seal.

The container is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. The top left corner of the coffee label is peeled up just a bit. The wooden lid is a bit rough around the edges and does have nicks in the wood. Great vintage apothedary style coffee canister!
