Vintage California Cleminson Pottery DISTLEFINK Ceramic Cookie Jar Canister Tan with Red Green Blue Floral Design
This ceramic cookie jar by California Cleminson is in the Distlefink pattern. This pattern was made during the 1950s, and is a speckled tan ceramic with handpainted designs of red and blue flowers with blue leaves. This listing is for the cookie jar and lid. The cookie jar is 5.75" tall (9.5" tall with the lid) and is 6.5" in diameter. The front of the canister is marked: COOKIES. The bottom is not marked.
The cookie jar is in good condition, however there are 2 small chips on the underside of the lid, as well as 5-6 small nicks around the rim - they are 1/16 to 1/8" in size. There is crazing in the glaze.
