Vintage Yellowware 10" Striped Mixing Bowl Yellow with White Stripes Bands Farmhouse Decor Centerpiece Bowl Yellow Ware
This large yellow ware bowl is 10.25" in diameter and 4.25" tall. It is a thick yellow clay bowl and it has three thin white bands around the bowl and a lightly ribbed and textured design. There are no makers marks on the piece.
The bowl is in nice condition however there are many imperfections in the surface and there is crazing throughout the glaze. There is one hairline crack down the side of the bowl, beginning at the rima and is 2" long. This chrack is not visible on the outside of the bowl, just the inside. There are also 2 small nicks on the rim of the bowl - both are visible in the first photo. This bowl has a bit of an oblong shape to it - it is not perfectly round and the rim is a bit wavy. This is a very rustic and primitive bowl.
