This set of 4 ceramic spice jars feature a great blue, brown and yellow floral geometric design around the top of each jar. There are 4 matching jars included in this set - Nurmeg, Ginger, Cinnamon, and Pepper. They are ceramic jars and each jar has a lid. They are each 4" tall with the lids, 2.25" wide, and 2.25" wide. The bottoms are marked: CZECHO-SLOVAKIA.
The jars are in good condition but they are not perfect. Three of the jars have small nicks in the bases - this these are shown in photo 9. All of the lids have chips or multiple chips on the undersides, as well as a few hairline cracks from these chips - these are shown in photo 10. One of the lids has a production flaw on a corner that looks like a chip but it is under the glaze - it was either chipped before glazing or was a finger impression in the wet ceramic. Most of the flaws are not visible when the jars are being displayed with the covers on.
