This cool wooden wall hanging is a grocery list holder or memo board. This piece is 22" tall, 5" wide, and 1" deep. It is a stained pine board with a black and white label on the top that reads HOME SWEET HOME. There is a wooden attachment that hold on a paper pad, and there is an attached wooden pencil.
This piece is in good condition, however I would consider this a rustic piece and it is not perfect. The aging label has curled a bit on the edges, and is missing 2 corners. The paper pad is also quite aged. There are some nicks and scratches on this piece as well. Still a very cool and unique memo board or list holder!
