This great ceramic carafe by Metlox is from the California Provincial collection. This hard to find piece features a ceramic body and lid, and a wooden handle held on my a metal strap. The carafe piece is 9.5" tall with the lid, and 6.5" in diameter at the widest point. It is a cream colored ceramic with the red, green, and yellow rooster design on both sides of the carafe. The bottom of the piece is marked POPPYTRAIL BY METLOX / MADE IN CALIFORNIA.

This piece is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. There is some wear on the wooden handle where the finish has been worn away. Great piece of California Provincial!!
