This beautiful stoneware canister is a studio pottery piece that includes the canister and the lid. The canister is a a light grey banded stoneware with a bard drown glaze at the top and on the lid. The front of the canister depicts a hand painted tree in shades of brown and a light gold color. The canister measures 5.75" tall without the lid, 7" tall with the lid. It is 5.5" wide at the widest point, and the opening at the top is 3.75" in diameter. The botton of the piece is signed by the potter.
The canister is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. Great for use as a kitchen canister for sugar or flour, or use as a cookie jar or dog treat jar!
