Vintage Stoneware Vase Tree Leaf Design Orange and White Hand Made Studio Pottery Rustic Geometric Design
This cool stoneware vase or planter features a rusty orange and whote design over a tan stoneware. The glaze has been applied in such a way as to great a geometric pine tree or palm leaf design around the planter. The areas without the glaze expose the stoneware underneath, creating a subtle and natural design. The top of the vase has a wide band of dark brown around the rim. The planter measures 6.5" tall and 5.5" wide at the widest point in the middle. The opening at the top is 4.75" in diameter. The bottom of the planter is signed by the artist.
This vase is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. There is one small production flaw on the base where the ceramic is slightly split - please see the last photo for details on this. Really pretty and unique looking planter!
