This Tonala Nativity set includes 13 pieces. This set includes 8 larger figures, one baby, and 4 animals. The figurines are a nice size - they average 3.5" to 4.5" tall. The tallest person is 5" tall, and the shortest kneeling figurine is 3.5" tall. They are all painted purple with gold accents.
The figurines are in very nice condition however there is a crack on the face of one figure and a chip on the back of another - both of these are shown in detail in the last 2 photos.
