This salt and pepper shaker set by Mikasa is in the Potter's Art Buckskin pattern. This pattern was produced from 1977 until 1989. The shakers are 3" tall and 2.75" in diameter. They are a white stoneware with a brown and tan bands around in the outside. The bottoms are marked: JAPAN. The shakers both have their original plastic stoppers.
Both pieces are in very good condition with no chips or cracks. There is one area on the edge of one shaker where the glaze is a little thin and some of the white ceramic shows through - this is shown in detail in the last photo.
