This set of salad plates by Arita are in the Genesis Brown pattern and are the 8" salad plates. They are each 8.5" in diameter, and are white with brown bands around the rims. The white centers of the plates have a glossy finish, and the brown bands and underside of the plates have a smooth matte finish. The bottom are marked: ARITA / GNESIS BROWN / 5243 / OVEN TO TABLE TO DISHWASHER / MICROWAVE OVEN PROOF / MADE IN JAPAN.
All 6 plates are in very good condition with no chips or cracks and few surface scratches. There is one plate that has a small scuff-type mark on the surface - this is shown in detail in the last photo.
