This gentleman's collar box is made from a rich brown leather. The circular box has a hinged lid which is fastened by a thin strap and a metal buckle with a snap closure. The box is 8.5" in diameter, and 4.5" high. The inside is lined with a burgundy felt material.
The box is in nice condition but the leather has some scuffs marks and scratches. All of the stitching is still intact, the strap is worn. The inside of the box does have a relatively strong smell of a sweet perfume or cologne. The smell is faint when the box is closed, but fairly strong when the box is opened.
